Terms of Service

By accessing or using PassLogit (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered students, and subscribers.

PassLogit is an NCLEX examination preparation platform providing adaptive practice exams, NGN-style question banks, readiness dashboards, and state board compliance tools for nursing graduates in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. The Platform is operated by Logit Health Technologies LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company.

PassLogit offers five subscription tiers billed annually via Stripe:

• ◆Free Trial — $0, limited diagnostic access
• ◆Bronze Prep — $49/year, 500+ practice items and core topic sets
• ◆Silver Adaptive — $89/year, 1,500+ items and adaptive practice exams
• ◆Gold Guarantee — $149/year, full library, unlimited adaptive exams, GreenLight Guarantee eligible
• ◆Platinum Elite — $249/year, all Gold features plus 1-on-1 faculty review and offline study materials

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The GreenLight Guarantee is a 100% subscription refund available to eligible Gold Guarantee and Platinum Elite subscribers who meet all stated eligibility requirements and fail the official NCLEX examination. Full eligibility requirements, exclusions, and the claim process are described in the GreenLight Guarantee Policy. The Guarantee Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

PassLogit does not offer general refunds outside of the GreenLight Guarantee program. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in the GreenLight Guarantee Policy. If you believe you are eligible for a GreenLight refund, contact greenlight@passlogit.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with any other person. PassLogit reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be shared or used in violation of these Terms. Authentication is handled by Clerk; by using the Platform you also agree to Clerk's terms of service.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform to cheat on or misrepresent official NCLEX exam performance; (b) reproduce, distribute, or sell Platform content without written permission; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the question bank; (d) impersonate any person or entity; or (e) use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to practice questions, clinical explanations, readiness algorithms, branding, and software — is the exclusive property of Logit Health Technologies LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal NCLEX preparation only. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PASSLOGIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC EXAM OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGIT HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST EXAM OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

PassLogit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN®), Pearson VUE®, or any state board of nursing. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of NCSBN. Use of these marks is for descriptive purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boone County, Kentucky.
