Terms of Service

By accessing or using PassLogit (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered students, and subscribers.

PassLogit is a public-beta educational platform offering NGN-style practice activities, experimental adaptive practice when reviewed questions are available, and reference links to official state nursing-board resources. Features may change or remain unavailable during beta. PassLogit is operated by Logit Health Technologies LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company.

Current student beta access is provided at no charge and does not require a credit card. Features, access limits, and availability may change during testing. If paid services are introduced later, the price, renewal terms, and applicable policies will be shown before purchase.

PassLogit does not currently offer a GreenLight, pass-performance, or NCLEX-failure refund guarantee. Practice results are educational guidance only and do not predict or guarantee exam performance, licensure, eligibility, employment, or any other outcome.

No subscription payment is collected for current public-beta access. Any future paid offering will include its refund terms before checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with any other person. PassLogit reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be shared or used in violation of these Terms. Authentication is handled by Clerk; by using the Platform you also agree to Clerk's terms of service.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform to cheat on or misrepresent official NCLEX exam performance; (b) reproduce, distribute, or sell Platform content without written permission; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the question bank; (d) impersonate any person or entity; or (e) use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to practice questions, clinical explanations, readiness algorithms, branding, and software — is the exclusive property of Logit Health Technologies LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal NCLEX preparation only. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PASSLOGIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC EXAM OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGIT HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST EXAM OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

PassLogit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN®), Pearson VUE®, or any state board of nursing. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of NCSBN. Use of these marks is for descriptive purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boone County, Kentucky.
